In the spatious conference centre in the Hague, the
a large area has been claimed for the accompanying exhibition.The exhibition is located in the centre of the conference room-area, so that there will be plenty and easy contacts possible between the participants and the exhibitors.
It will show modern acoustic materials, passive and active devices for noise control, new products on industrial noise control, smart materials, software for acoustical instruments, analyses and mapping, noise control instruments such as sound level meters, analysers for sound intensity, sound and vibration spectrum analysers and noise monitoring equipment, etc.
It gives you a birds-eyeview of the state of the art. (a sort of Madurodam in noise-control engineering.
In the central meeting hall 40 standard booths are presented. Base dimensions of each booth will be 3 x 2 m (front x depth).
Close to the central meeting hall there will be space for at least an additional 20 stands, on the same floor also in direct reach of the conference rooms.
(Due to the function of the Central Hall we can only allow in this area a max space for a double booth of 6 x 2 m)
Larger booths will be situated on the ground floor area next to the entrance of the building as well as in the extension on the right hand side of the plan.
Poster session-possibilities will be organised on the same floor. The Central Hall should be seen as a Meetingpoint and as a leasure-area for a coffee break. Lunches will be served in this area as well. In the adjoining rooms there will be plenty of space for a calm chat with old acquaintances or a little business talk.
The price for a standard booth as described, will be EURO 1800.- which includes a ticket to the Congress for one person. (A double booth will be EURO 3360.- with 2 free tickets to the Congress.)
Reservations are only accepted when 50% of the total amount is sent with the reservation. Payment by creditcard with number and expiring date or by bank.
The final installment of 50% has to be paid before July 15th 2001.

In case of cancellation of the reservation after April 1sth 2001, this first installment will not be refunded. In case of cancellation after July 30th, the Stichting Internoise 2001 reserves the right not to refund the amount paid.

It will be possible to rent extra booth equipment and plants or flowers. In the annex you will find a list of possibilities. These can be ordered on the reservation form as well. They will be reserved in your company's name and be present in your booth in the afternoon of the installation day; except flowers and plants which will be delivered in the morning of the first congress day.
For these extra items, you will be charged separately. You are requested to pay immediately upon presentation of the bill by a third company.
